How to select

  • Form
  • The copper busbar must be of a band-form, where the length is longer than the width.

  • Safety
  • The printing quality of carbon and silver (must be free of scratches)
  • The selection of the copper coat thickness and width, in consideration of the current limit.
  • Electric resistance must be within 1 ohm.
  • Electric product safety certification status. The resistance must be within 1 ohm.
  • Heating function
  • Select the product and wattage according to the application and installation environment
  • Smaller temperature differences are more desirable.
  • The carbon-printed surface should be even.
  • Durability

  • High adhesion strength against peeling is required.

  • Insulation quality
