User instructions and precautions

Heat Plus must be installed by a technician who has been trained by our HQ

We do not take any responsibilities for any accident or malfunction due to installation work that is performed by an unauthorized person.

Precautions for installation

  • Do not damage or bend a Heat Plus film.
  • Do not nail down the finishing materials on the carbon or electrode parts of the film (copper busbar).
  • The wiring work of Heat Plus must be performed by a certified electrician.
  • Use tapes to fix the Heat Plus heating film.
  • Use caution as the nail in plywood may bound off and damage the Heat Plus heating film.

Safety precautions

  • Danger
  • Risk of low-temperature burns or dehydration.
  • The installation contractors must inform the customers of the following to prevent low-temperature burn injuries or dehydration;
  • Use extra caution when the product is used by the following users;
  • Toddlers, infants, children, or elderly
  • People who cannot control the temperature of the heating film on their own
  • People who are on a sleep-inducing medication.
  • People who consumed an excessive amount of alcohol.
  • People with weak skin or dull skin senses; Do not use the product as a heater while sleeping.
  • Risks of an electric shock, fire, or malfunction.
  • Warning
  • If you think the product is not in proper condition, the user or the owner of the product shall not touch the device. In this case, turn off the power immediately and contact the installation contractor.
  • Also, please remember the following;
  • Never disassemble, modify, or repair the product on your own.
  • Never spray water in the area where a heating film is installed. In case of a water spill, remove the water immediately.
  • Do not drive in a nail or other pointy objects into the area where the product is installed.
  • Other safety measures
  • Do not use the product along with other heat-radiating objects, such as an electric carpet.
  • Never leave heat-preserving objects, such as a blanket or a duvet on the floor.
  • (Accumulated heat may result in damage to the product or the finishing material.)
