Put the insulator on the floor and fix it using ordinary OPP tapes. (* Place the insulator with the smooth side up.)
Deploy the film (Heat Plus). (* Make sure that the film does not overlap when fixing. Make sure to cut up along the cutting line.)
Insulate the exposed edge of the film (Heat Plus) using insulate tapes or butyl tapes. (* A butyl tape is also a type of insulation tape.)
Put the insulator on the floor and fix it using ordinary OPP tapes. (* Place the insulator with the smooth side up.)
At the starting terminal, engage the cable as folded. * When connecting cables, make sure they are not entangled.
Connect all the cables at the shorter terminals first. Then, connect the cables to the longer terminals. * Use strippers when removing the shielding of the cables.
For strap films, only insulate the copper-coated parts.
Insulate the joinings of the cables, terminals, and films using butyl tapes.
Press the insulating tape firmly to make sure no moisture may get through. After insulating, use ordinary tape to tidy up.
The parts where cables and butyl tapes are can be difficult to finish.
For this, cut up the insulator at the corresponding part and prevent the moisture from coming up.
Refer to the installation instructions for the controller to connect the controller with the film.
* For safety, use a separate breaker for each controller.
Check whether the capacity of the film that is connected and the actual wattage match. Now, the installation is complete.
* Be sure to check whether the maximum capacity of each controller is not exceeded.
